Warranty Policy:

Bqi Technology Private Limited(BTPL) is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction and confidence of our valued customers. Our electric scooters are crafted with precision and adhere to the highest standards of quality. To underline our commitment to your peace of mind, we provide the following warranty policy:

1. Duration of Warranty: Our electric scooters & Bikes come with a One-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials only, providing you with the assurance of a reliable and durable product.

2. Coverage: The warranty covers repairs or replacements of defective parts due to manufacturing faults only. This includes the scooter’s electrical components, motor, and controller. Regular wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse(accident, burn etc.) are not covered under this warranty.

3. Repair or Replacement: In the event of a covered defect, BTPL will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the faulty component or scooter. The decision will be based on the nature and extent of the issue.

4. Terms and Conditions:

   • The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
   • Regular maintenance and servicing must be conducted by authorized BTPL service centers to validate the warranty.
   • Any unauthorized modifications or repairs conducted by third parties will void the warranty.
   • The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or any alterations made to the original product.
   • Consumer/Dealer has to send defective item/parts to company address than company will repair/replace the same item and send back to consumer/dealer mentioned address.
     
     

5. Claim Process:
   To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact BTPL Customer Support with the original proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for assessment and resolution.
